After repairs were supposed to have been completed I went to walk through the apartment and noticed that a fire extinguisher was left in my sink, the apartment was even dirtier than before, there was still a hole in the sidewall of the kitchen cabinet, the towel bar was not fixed, only one of the possible water damage spots had been fixed (painted over, but most likely not fixed), they had replaced the floorboards under the kitchen sink but didn't paint them, and hadn't replaced the covering for the outdoor light fixture. and
